The menu includes a wide selection of cakes baked fresh daily (27 types to be exact for now and growing), as well as a la minute desserts. Signature favourites include the Chocolate Berry Lust, Mango Mascarpone, D’Caramelita, Red Velvet and Red Miso Soufflé. Savoury dishes such as homemade soups, salads and quiches are also available.

1 Caramel takes pride in offering coffee aficionados a choice of their favourite brew. Made with beans directly imported from the coffee roaster in Australia to ensure its freshness, each cuppa is lovingly prepared by Melanie herself, a trained barista, using the ultimate professional espresso machine – the La Marzocco, handmade in Florence, Italy.

Besides an extensive menu of coffee, 1 Caramel also offers a wide selection of gourmet tea, fresh smoothies, frappes, liquid desserts and wines.
